Shipping Policy

Product Types: Please note that we have two kinds of products - Ready to Ship and Pre-booking/Customization (made to order). If your order contains both types of items, we will dispatch the complete order only once the made-to-order products are ready. Kindly do not place your order with pre-booking products if it’s time-sensitive.

Order Dispatch: Once you’ve placed the order with us, the product is dispatched to you within 1-5 working days for all items that are ready to ship. Please note that we are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

Order Processing Time: Order processing time is 3-5 working days.

Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2-8 working days within Tamil Nadu, South India – 2-8 working days, Rest of India 2-10 working days depending upon the pin code.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charge Calculation: Shipping charge is based on the weight and location. Minimum shipping charge is  Rs 70 for the rest of India. Additional charges may apply if the parcel exceeds the minimum weight (250gm).
