Return and Refund Policies of Kantikundan
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kantikundan. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer the following Return and Refund Policies:
Video Proof Requirement:
Kindly take a video of the package before opening. We accept replacements only if the product is damaged. Please send the video to kantikundanofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9000176473. Without valid proof, we do not allow refunds or exchanges.
Returns & Cancellations:
We accept no returns or cancellations unless an incorrect or damaged product is delivered.
Request Process:
Returns or exchange requests need to be placed within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. If there are no stocks available to replace the product, we will refund the money within 2 working days after receiving the damaged product from you.
Transparency:
We aim to be as transparent as possible to make your shopping experience with us positive. Therefore, we do not accept returns for reasons like "I didn’t like it after receiving it," "the quality is not as expected," or "it didn’t suit me after wearing it."
